What's important to you? Is what you are doing today something you are willing to trade your life for? Why do I ask?
Well that is exactly what you are doing each day. Trading your life for whatever you are filling it with.
I'm not a musician or a singer and that's ok. Express yourself. Allow yourself to feel, to be, to do. When your days are done, you will wished you had.
It's all your life. Hold nothing back, nothing.
My daughter is a full fledged adult now. That's some heavy stuff. What was is now done and gone. I wish for her to be a simple woman who finds joy in sunshine and in rain. A woman who sheds tears for joy and pain. A woman who lives each day as if it is a magical, fragile, flying meteor. A thing to be enjoyed and appreciated, knowing it will be gone in a flash, but knowing that learning to bask in that short existence is the prize.
I'm proud of you my young woman. Chase dreams, climb mountains and do what scares you. -Dad
